Tickets
Qlimax is sold out. The advice is not to buy any tickets via the illegal circuit, as there is a big chance they are fake. Pay attention! Your ticket will indicate an entrance (E, Q or VIP). You have to enter via the entrance as stated on your ticket. You cannot enter the event via any other entrance.

Times
The doors of the GelreDome open at 9pm and Qlimax will be finished at 7am. The show starts at 10pm, so make sure you're on time to not miss anything of the show!

The weather - cold
The weather forecast for the weekend: it's going to be very cold. So be prepared and take warm clothing with you!

Lockers
There is no cloakroom at Qlimax. Instead you can use the available lockers. Hiring a locker for the night is 6 EURO and you pay 5 EURO deposit. You can easily fit 3 coats in a locker, so share it with your friends. If you have a regular ticket, access to your locker during the event won't be allowed. VIP ticket holders will have their lockers in the VIP area, and these are accessible during the event.

ID and age
As usual there will be strict age and identity checks at the entrance. So make sure you bring your ID (drivers license, ID-only, passport) so your entrance won't be refused. A copy of your ID is NOT valid. The minimum age for visiting Qlimax is 18 years.

Camera’s & Registration
Like any other Q-dance event, at Qlimax all types of camera's will be allowed into the event. So also digital SLR equipment.
Shortly after the event, you can find a selection of the best photos and the afterfilm at the Q-dance website.

Drugs
We must comply with the local drug policy in Arnhem, which is zero-tolerance. So please be careful with whatever you are taking with you. A lot of people do not know what a zero-tolerance policy means; it means that the Arnhem council is not allowing any forms of soft and/or harddrugs. So officialy you are not even allowed to take any weed with you inside the event.

Public transport
You can easily go to Qlimax by train. There will be a shuttle bus service from station Arnhem to the GelreDome. Check www.ns.nl for a trip planner from door-to-door. Be smart, and buy a weekend-return at the ticket machine. For more ingo about all public transport visit the website of the GelreDome (click on route).

Buses
Just for Qlimax, there are 247 locations where you can hop on a bus to go to Qlimax. Check here at what times the buses depart from the different location. You can order your busticket at eventtravel.nl.
If you are travelling with 15 or more persons, you can also book a private bus. You can then also pick your own pick-up location.
Advantages of travelling by bus are:
- you're on time at the party!
- no need to stay sober as you're not driving back yourself
- you can start the party already in the bus!
- parking is close to the entrance.

Arranged your own bus?
With events at the GelreDome, there is no need to register your bus before the event. If your bus is just dropping off, you do not need to pay any parking fees. A parking fee of 40 EURO applies if the bus will be parked. Read more info about buses and parking here.

Timetable
The timetable for Qlimax will not be released. But you can check the order of the acts performing in the line-up presentation at the Qlimax website.

Live-broadcast
Qlimax will be broadcast LIVE at Q-dance Radio. All artist sets will be broadcasted and Fausto will be hosting the radio show.
The LIVE-broadcast starts at 9pm till 7am Sundaymorning (GMT+1).

Anthem
The Qlimax anthem 'Alternate Reality' is produced by Brennan Heart and has been remixed by Evil Activities & Endymion. Both tracks are available at Dance-Tunes.com and are also released on vinyl.

CD
There will also be a CD released for this year's edition of Qlimax. The CD is mixed by Brennan Heart and will soon be available at the well-known record stores, and digitally via Dance-Tunes.com. The CD is now already exclusively available at the Q-dance Merchandise store.

Blu-Ray - DVD - CD
Also this year, a digipack including a Blu-Ray, DVD and CD will be released of the event. The bonus-CD will contain the liveset from Zatox. And besides the extended live-registration of Qlimax, the digipack will also include a documentary and artist interviews.

Merchandise
Also this year a new collection Qlimax merchandise has been made. Prevent dissapointments and make sure you find your way to the merchandise stand early on the night. There will be an EFTPOS machine at the stand, but of course you can also pay with CASH.

A whole night of partying requires more energy than you might be aware of. Make sure you come to the event well prepared. Drink and sleep enough and keep in mind that it will be cold outside. Finally, our motto is "Come together, stay together ", so take care of your friends and yourself.
